It is too hard to stretch all limbs for me frankly. Some of the motion are Impossible I to follow. I tried and tried and tried.. so many times. But my body moved like a stainless steel. It never worked that much. I thought I am the only worst person who play any sports. However I can stretch little bit higher now. Just Little bit. But I am satisfied with this improvement of my body.
